As most patrons of handcrafted goods are aware, certain times of year can present "crafting delays' and there can be periods of extended waiting for any number of items.
Where possible, we have notated items that may be fashioned to order and may result in a specific delay time for that individual item. This can be due to any number of reasons, but most often due to the special labour involved in the piece, or due to the variable types of color choices which prevent us from stocking it. These items will generally have a statement to the duration of wait for production.
We understand that many that there are times when this wait is impossible to abide by so we have implemented a shopping cart system for the items that we currently stock. We hope that this mat alleviate some of the problems that crop up due to this issue.
Most orders are shipped via USPS, Parcel Post or Priority 2-3 day for the most economical in shipping costs. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST, STOLEN, MISROUTED OR DAMAGED, OR ONCE THE US POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SHOWS THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
